The ECP mobile application provides a convenient solution for users to submit claims remotely using their mobile devices. Regardless of whether you are using a phone or tablet, the process remains the same, offering a streamlined experience for claim submissions. The steps are straightforward and prompt ECP Claims representatives immediately upon completion of a claim. Upon installation, users can simply:

• Select one of three claim options (Interior, Exterior, or Key/Fob Claim)
• Provide personal and vehicle details
• Choose to have specific information filled in for the claim
• Include up to 5 photos for Interior and Exterior Claims

Once a claim is submitted, users receive prompt notifications confirming the processing status. In case of an error, re-submission is hassle-free by clicking back to correct any issues. Note: ECP recommends connecting to a wireless network when submitting claims with photos. Depending on your carrier, additional time may be necessary to upload photos to the ECP servers if your data network connection speed is slow.
